I've been charged too much/little! What should I do?

If you were not charged the correct amount you should contact our billing department at billing@downtownhost.com immediately. Please include as many details as possible. We will resolve the problem promptly.

You should also contact us if you were not billing at all. Some clients believe since we did not charge their card, they do not have to pay. This is not the case. You are responsible for providing payment. We only provide automatic credit card charging as a convenience to our clients.

If for some reason you are not charged, and do not correct it, you may be subject to termination for non-payment. It is a good idea to keep track of your monthly payments and invoices.
